We need this information so that we can set up virtual accounts for organization. The bank requires us to collect all the information required to perform their KYC/KYB checks. Here is a list of the things you will need to know to complete your registration.
- Your company's name and any names you are doing business as.
- The North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the industry you operate in.
- The primary address for your business
- The company's incorporation type, country of incorporation, and the country of primary business
- The company's tax identification number
- The company's projected annual revenue
- If the company is publicly traded, the company's ticker and the name of the exchange it is traded on.
- If the company is Customer Identification Program (CIP) exempt
- If the company provides money services such as check cashing, issuing traveler’s cheques, or money transmission.
- Contact information for the Beneficial Owners or a Control Person
